Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours/7 days prior to the scheduled service start time. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed unless there is a technical issue we are unable to resolve.
Refunds are available for items returned in their original condition within 2 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
If a service was not delivered as described or if you’re unsatisfied, please contact us within 2 days of completion. Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
